Archival Update: Musette Project

by Lesli Larson and Tom Bonamici

A month ago we promised musettes. Today, to our delight, we announce the delivery of our first run of the basic model in Waxwear waxed cotton. Bags are available in yellow or ranger tan. Our flap musette will be available in late January and we hope to follow up with a canoe-style rucksack in February. The Archival Clothing web shop will debut soon. In the meantime, if you're interested in the basic model musette, email me (Lesli@archivalclothing).

Addendum: The musettes have sold out but we'll be restocking in late January.

Thanks to all of you for your support of our bag project. 2010 should be an exciting year for us as we move (not totally) from archival admiration to archival production.

You can find my email via my AC profile. Or just send a message to:

I have a few yellow musettes remaining from the first production run. The tan has sold out.

We'll have more bags up in the easier to access web store by end of January.

I'll keep everyone posted.

Lesli-

Got the bags today- they're perfect. And thanks for the expedited shipping. Next time you're at the Portland Farmers Market look for the guy selling olive oil (my dad)... His is bright yellow, and I'm sure it'll get a lot of use.

Thanks again, and happy holidays!

Joe--

Glad you liked the bags. Please send a user report and some photos after they get some wear and tear in them. Just mailed off another batch today...including 2 to Australia.

Regards,

Lesli

Lesli I got my bag this past Saturday. It's great looking and sits well on my back. I've been using it as my lunch bag this week. I can see it being my bag for Saturday's at Riv. Snacks, coffee, phone, ya know that sorta stuff. It looks good with my rando bag too.

I'm looking forward to seeing your next creations.

Cheers,

Harry
