Fifth photo from the top, the airplane on what appears to be the mantle is a Peck Polymers Pietenpol Aircamper.

Peck Polymers is a company that you could slot under Archival Model Airplanes. The original kits were plans, planks of balsa with templates inked on, tissue paper for covering, plastic prop, and a rubber band. Although the aircamper kit came out in '72, it and the brand are still around. With the time saving modern modification of the balsa being precision laser cut, to enable faster assembly. (although these still take in the neighborhood of 20+ hours) to complete.
